AOY Policy for Classes, Workshops, and Camp Sessions

that I have read and agreed to the AOY policy.

  1. Early registration is recommended. You are not registered until payment (and annual registration fee of $15 for camps) is received by the registrar. All sessions/camps have both a minimum and a maximum enrollment.
  2. A late fee of $15.00 may be added if registration is less than 8 days before the scheduled start date.
  3. For a 90% refund, notification of withdrawal must be received by the registrar at 14 days prior to the starting date. (Less than 14 days before the starting date will receive 50% refund). After the starting date, there will be no refund or credit for any absence.
  4. If AOY initiates a cancellation due to insufficient enrollment a full refund will be given.
  5. AOY reserves the right to remove a student from camp⁄class⁄workshop for unacceptable behavior with no refund or credit for the time remaining.
  6. All children must be signed in at the start of session and signed out at the end of each day.
